Cerebrovascular disorders are very large group in neurosurgery practice which are mainly related to the vascular network of the neural system. By growing the minimally invasive neurosurgery ideas and instruments, morbidity and mortality rates are highly decreased in this area.
Nowadays, although some vasculer procedures on this area  transferred to the interventional neuroradiologist, having capable surgeons and management ability of complex cerebrovasculer procedures determine the position of own clinic in the neurosurgical community.
